With the season now over and our end of season party wrapped up, we’re taking a well-deserved break before returning in August to begin preparations for the new season. 🏑☀️

While things may seem quiet, there’s still plenty happening behind the scenes as we gear up for what’s ahead. Although we won’t be active on social media during this break, we’re still here - so if you’re interested in joining us next season, feel free to drop us a message! 📩☺️

In the meantime, we hope everyone enjoys a great summer break! 😎🌴

On Friday night, we wrapped up the season with our most special event - the End of Season Awards 🎉🏆. It was a beautiful moment to reflect on a successful year and to celebrate those players who truly went the extra mile 🌟🏑. It was also a chance for the team to show appreciation for the dedication and support from our coach and manager 👏❤️.

This year felt extra special, as it was a more intimate gathering where players and their families could socialise, enjoy delicious food from @elkasbahgib, indulge in a sweet treat from @la_patisserie_ltd 🍰, and share a truly memorable evening ✨.

From the bottom of our hearts - thank you all for such a lovely night 💖. We can’t wait to see what the next chapter holds for us 📖🌟!

We have finished the league unbeaten, finishing at the top of the table with six wins out of six matches. Our final game was awarded as a forfeit, resulting in an automatic +3 points and five goals added to our tally. This brought our final total to 32 goals scored and only one goal conceded.

Winning the league also means we’ve secured a place in next year’s @eurohockeyorg Club Challenge competition. This is another fantastic opportunity to represent Gibraltar at the European level, and the team is already looking forward to it.

It has been a solid season all around, and now it’s time to conclude. We’d like to thank the @gibraltar.hockey Committee, the umpires, and the volunteers who came down each week to help run the table. Your time and effort are greatly appreciated and play a crucial role in ensuring the league runs smoothly. 👏🏼🏑
